遍用来表示某个动作或状态在某处发生或存在。
biàn lái bǎo shí gè dòng zuò huò zhuàng tai zài mǒu chù fā shēn qǐ hào xiànzài.
遍 is used to indicate that an action or state occurs or exists somewhere.
