Usage note

打工是指临时工作或兼职。可以用来描述做零工赚取一些额外收入的情况。

dǎ gōng shì zhěnɡēnɡōnɡ huò qībān. kě yǐ lái miáo dé zuò línɡɡōnɡ zhuànqǔ 一 些 代 额 收 入 的 情 况。

To work (part-time) refers to temporary or part-time jobs. It can be used to describe doing odd jobs to earn some extra income.
