jìrán yòng yú biǎoshì jīběn kěyǐ zhī de gùshì huò qíngkuàng, yǐnyín chū xīn de suǒluó huò jiànyì.
既然 is used to indicate a known fact or situation and then draw a new conclusion or suggestion.
