“现场”指事情发生或活动进行的地方。
“Xiànchǎng” zhǐ shìqíng fāshēng huò huódòng jìnxíng de dìfang.
"On-site" refers to the place where an event happens or an activity takes place.
Context note
在学校里，我们经常说“现场比赛”或“现场表演”，意思是就在那个地方看，不是看电视。
Zài xuéxiào lǐ, wǒmen jīngcháng shuō “xiànchǎng bǐsài” huò “xiànchǎng biǎoyǎn”, yìsi shì jiù zài nàgè dìfang kàn, bùshì kàn diànshì.
At school, we often say "on-site competition" or "on-site performance," meaning we watch it right there, not on TV.
