不管用于表示无论什么情况都适用，可以用来表达坚定的决心或无条件的态度。

bùguǎn yòng yú biǎoshì wèilái shénme kuàng chéng dōu shì yǐ, kěyǐ lái yòng lái bǐ zhǎng jiān dēng jué huò wú jiànng de tài dù.

不管 is used to indicate that something applies regardless of the situation. It can be used to express a firm resolve or an unconditional attitude.
