Usage note
“非常”表示程度很高，比“很”更强烈，用来形容人或事物。
“fēi cháng” biǎo shì chéng dù hěn gāo, bǐ “hěn” gèng qiáng liè, yòng lái xíng róng rén huò shì wù.
It means 'very' or 'extremely' and is used to emphasize a high degree of something, stronger than just '很'.
Context note
当你想表达程度很高的时候，可以用“非常”。它常用在日常对话中，形容感觉或状态。
dāng nǐ xiǎng biǎo dá chéng dù hěn gāo de shí hou, kě yǐ yòng “fēi cháng”. tā cháng yòng zài rì cháng duì huà zhōng, xíng róng gǎn jué huò zhuàng tài.
