回答 is used to respond to someone's questions or requests.
Context note
在学校里，老师提问时学生需要回答。在家里，父母问孩子问题也需要回答。
zài xuéxiào lǐ, lǎoshī tīngwèn shí xuésheng xūyào huídá. zài jīntái lǐ, fùmǔ wèn háizimen wèntí yě xiūyào huídá.
