尽管可以用来表示让步关系，即使在某些情况下也可以使用。
jǐnguǎn kě yǐ lái yòng de bù xiě guān xì, jí shǐ zài dēng mǒ yǒu qíng kuàng yě kě yǐ yòng.
尽管 can be used to express a concession. It can also be used even in some situations.
Context note
尽管常用于描述虽然某个情况存在，但结果仍然不变。
jǐnguǎn cháng yòng yú miáo shù suī rán gè gè qíng kuàng cún zài, dàn jié guǒ réng rán bù biàn.
尽管 is often used to describe a situation where although something exists, the result remains unchanged.
