Usage note

记者是指专门从事新闻报道工作的人。他们通过采访、写作等方式向公众传递信息。

jìzhě shì zhǐ chānɡrèn fùnánɡ xìnɡínɡ bàoɡào ɡōnɡzuò de rén. Tāmen tōnɡ qīnchǎnɡ、zhuóxiě dìyí yànɡ xiānɡ ɡònɡzhú tōnɡsòng xìnɡínɡ。

A reporter is someone who specializes in news reporting work. They gather information through interviews and writing to inform the public.

记者通常在新闻台、报纸或网站上工作，他们报道各种事件和信息。

jìzhě tōnɡcōnɡ zài xīnwén tái、bàozhǐ huò wǎnzhuānɡ shànɡ ɡōnɡzuò, tāmen bàoɡào zháirónɡ de yìsuàn hé xìnɡínɡ。

Reporters usually work on TV news channels, newspapers or websites, reporting various events and information.
