“省会”是一个省份最重要的城市，比如广州是广东省的省会。

“Shěng huì” shì yī gè shěng fèn zuì zhòng yào de chéng shì, bǐ rú Guǎng zhōu shì Guǎng dōng shěng de shěng huì.

"Provincial capital" is the most important city in a province, such as Guangzhou is the provincial capital of Guangdong Province.
