通行意思是可以通过某个地方，没有障碍。
Tōngxíng yìsi shì kěyǐ tōngguò mǒu ge dìfang, méiyǒu zhàng'ài.
To pass through means being able to go through a place without obstacles.
Context note
在公园里，小路可以通行，但草地不能踩。
Zài gōngyuán lǐ, xiǎo lù kěyǐ tōngxíng, dàn cǎodì bù néng cǎi.
In the park, the path can be passed through, but the grass cannot be stepped on.
