Usage note
喂可以表示叫人注意，也可以表示喂给动物吃东西。
wèi kě yǐ biǎo shì jiào rén zhù yì， yě kě yǐ biǎo shì wèi gěi dòng wù chī dōng xī。
喂 can be used to get someone's attention, and it can also mean feeding animals.
Context note
喂常出现在照顾宠物、提醒别人或打电话时。
wèi cháng chū xiàn zài zhào gù chǒng wù 、 tí xǐng bié rén huò dǎ diàn huà shí。
