Usage note
相当表示程度很高，但又不是最高，意思是“很”或“挺”。
Xiāngdāng biǎoshì chéngdù hěn gāo, dàn yòu bùshì zuì gāo, yìsi shì “hěn” huò “tǐng”.
Quite means a high degree, but not the highest, meaning 'very' or 'pretty'.
Context note
这道数学题相当简单，我很快就做完了。
Zhè dào shùxué tí xiāngdāng jiǎndān, wǒ hěn kuài jiù zuò wán le.
This math problem is quite easy, I finished it quickly.
