赞成表示同意别人的想法或做法。
Zàn chéng biǎoshì tóngyì biérén de xiǎngfǎ huò zuòfǎ.
Approve means agreeing with someone's idea or action.
Context note
当朋友提出一个好主意时，我们可以说赞成，表示支持。
Dāng péngyou tíchū yī gè hǎo zhǔyi shí, wǒmen kěyǐ shuō zàn chéng, biǎoshì zhīchí.
When a friend comes up with a good idea, we can say approve to show support.
