Usage note

掌握的意思是学会并能够熟练运用。比如，你可以掌握一门语言或一项技能。

Zhǎngwò de yìsi shì xuéhuì bìng nénggòu shúliàn yùnyòng. Bǐrú, nǐ kěyǐ zhǎngwò yī mén yǔyán huò yī xiàng jìnéng.

Master means to learn and be able to use skillfully. For example, you can master a language or a skill.

Context note

在学校里，老师希望学生掌握重要的知识。掌握需要时间和练习。

Zài xuéxiào lǐ, lǎoshī xīwàng xuéshēng zhǎngwò zhòngyào de zhīshi. Zhǎngwò xūyào shíjiān hé liànxí.
